Inside the Global Learning + Development organization at The Coca-Cola Company I worked on a wide array of projects to meet various needs and span across multiple platforms. The learning producers provided the materials and data and I was tasked with making it clear and easily digestible for the audience. That audience ranged from all employees to the very specific subsets and the Executive Leadership teams at times.
Resource Guides
In this example, we created a user guide for Learning Community Managers in order to support and promote the use of Yammer for internal social learning across the System.

On-demand Learning Materials
Creating learning materials using digital tools, in this case a web-based tool elucidat, for on-demand access to manager trainings used globally within the Talent community.

Learning Internal Website
Working with the digital workplace team and the learning team to gather and present the learning assets available to our employees. Created content and built pages within MS Sharepoint using and helping define templates for pages.
Pacific Leadership Experience
I was an integral part of the team responsible for end-to-end design of the learning and leadership simulation. This product from Gamelearn provides a gamified development simulation. In the Pacific game, learners perform tasks to lead their team to success. Our internal team collaborated on communications materials design and planning, in-game touchpoints and post game celebrations and momentos. It was a fantastic tool and I have bragging rights for gaining the most leadership points in my cohort. ; )
LinkedIn Learning
Designed and informed the bi-weekly updates immediately after launching LIL globally during the spring of 2020. We closely watched the growth of sign-ups, usage, completions to create a full picture of this massive investment in learning. The report document was shared up to L&D director and beyond to the CPO, etc. Making use of LinkedIn Learning reporting and distilling that into an 'at-a-glance' report for executives to see their investments in learning.
Leadership Definition
Design and present the Leadership Definition white paper for global distribution as a multi-page PDF and provide supporting materials for presentation on the internal website and documents.
Diversity, Equity + Inclusion Learning
Consulted and designed the internal site for DE&I Learning at The Coca-Cola Company to address the current environment with timely learning assets for leaders and all employees after a season of profound unrest.
