With new hires coming into the organization in a continuous flow, it was important to welcome them to the teams they will serve on. The talent team compiled a kit with an onboarding guide book and a selection of goodies to send to all new hires to the organization.

First Sip Program
Coca-Cola North AmericaThe First Sip program was a 2-day experience for new employees to get familiar with the rich heritage and history of Coca-Cola. To support this initiative we created presentation materials, used Guidebook to create an event app experience, environmental graphics and participant materials. We also created a brief to promote the onboarding experience internally to demonstrate the capability and support the business with addition on-boarding projects.
